Senior Physical Security Infrastructure Manager

Location: Santa Rosa, California, United States; constant on-site presence and travel to job sites required

Salary: $124,800–$176,800 per year

What you will do

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise-wide physical security infrastructure projects, including project charters, schedules, resource allocations, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Lead the installation of CCTV, electronic access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and supporting low-voltage systems.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractor coordination during on-site execution.
• Oversee safety, quality control, system testing, commissioning, final sign-off, and compliance with construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage project budgets, labor hours, material procurement, scope changes, and change order documentation.
• Provide status updates, dashboards, reporting, closeout packages, as-built documentation, and commissioning reports.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience managing large-scale physical security or low-voltage infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection hardware and software.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, technical specifications, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience applying structured project management processes to maintain budget, schedule, scope, and quality baselines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PSP, CPP, or manufacturer-specific security certifications.
• Experience coordinating trades, construction sequencing, and general contractor environments.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and job-site compliance requirements.
