What you will do

• Develop and activate hirify.global Business thought leadership, innovation stories, portfolio narratives, and customer-facing hero stories.
• Lead high-impact content strategy across innovation, technology, AI, and security themes.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Brand, External Affairs, Communications, subject matter experts, and agencies to deliver integrated marketing activity.
• Lead product marketing and go-to-market delivery for the All-IP portfolio, including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle content.
• Use customer insight, market trends, and performance data to optimize content and go-to-market effectiveness.
• Mentor marketing colleagues and build capability in strategic storytelling and product marketing execution.

Requirements

• Experience developing thought leadership strategies, long-form content, hero stories, research-led narratives, and executive-level storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, customer-focused narratives.
• Experience supporting transformational journeys that shift market perception and strengthen brand positioning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
• Strong commercial, analytical, governance, and marketing-framework capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or digital services.
• Experience with large-scale portfolio transformations.
• Familiarity with digital content performance, SEO, and multichannel activation.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing senior marketing professionals.
