Marketing Manager – Content (Media)

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Help deliver hirify.global Media's editorial strategy and establish consistent tone of voice and editorial standards.
• Own a rolling content plan supporting multiple marketing programmes, audiences, and channels.
• Write and edit thought leadership, insight reports, case studies, narratives, award entries, scripts, event content, and executive communications.
• Turn audience data, research, and effectiveness evidence into compelling narratives and clear points of view.
• Commission, brief, and edit external writers and manage relationships with the external PR agency.
• Collaborate with Marketing Program Leads, Digital Managers, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and insight and research teams.

Requirements

• Strong editorial and writing experience in a business-to-business, media, or journalistic environment, supported by a portfolio.
• Knowledge of the media, advertising, or adtech sector.
• Exceptional accuracy and self-editing skills.
• Ability to turn data and research into a genuine argument with a clear point of view.
• Experience owning a content plan across multiple audiences and channels.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience commissioning and editing external writers or agencies.
• Experience with thought leadership or research-led content programmes.
• Understanding of search and content performance measurement.
• Experience working alongside a PR agency on a shared narrative.
