Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple workstreams within enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define action plans and implement solutions.
• Develop adoption strategies for AI-enabled and technology-driven tools and applications.
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business partners through product delivery and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple priorities, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integrations, or cloud-based products.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
