Estimated hiring range: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and internal efficiency opportunities.
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, hypothesis testing, and solution validation.
• Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for product investments.
• Define and execute product roadmaps for the National Assessment Center, National Operations Center, and Integrated Supply Chain Services.
• Prototype and deploy technology-enabled solutions, including AI-driven capabilities, into production.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, client services, and executive stakeholders while mentoring developing product managers.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in software product management.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions that create additional value and efficiencies.
• Experience leading product initiatives, identifying opportunities, and validating product-market fit.
• Strong knowledge of modern product management principles and experience developing business cases for product investments.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, customer discovery, and influence skills.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and explain complex systems clearly.
