Finance Manager - APEX (Biopharma)

Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead planning and reporting for APEX SG&A across Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles.
• Manage month-end close activities, including business unit allocations, reclassifications, landing estimates, and ad hoc analysis.
• Lead APEX LBE presentations and collaborate with business partners on forecast adjustments.
• Analyze financial results against annual plans, forecasts, prior-year performance, and other relevant benchmarks.
• Identify trends, drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances to support management decisions.
• Support special projects, functional initiatives, and corporate planning requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate financial planning processes.
• Experience with automated accounting systems such as SAP and BPC.
• Proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

• MBA or CPA.
