SAP Superuser

Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Fully onsite, Monday–Friday with rotating shifts from 6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm.

Salary: £35,617 per annum.

What you will do

• Act as the main SAP contact within the warehouse.
• Provide daily SAP support and guidance to warehouse colleagues.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and escalate complex problems.
• Support SAP changes, testing, reporting, and data accuracy monitoring.
• Identify process and system improvements that increase operational efficiency.
• Train colleagues and collaborate with warehouse, operations, and business teams.

Requirements

• Previous SAP experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to train colleagues at different levels and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
