What you will do

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to deliver additional functionality and meet project requirements.
• Develop and optimize service processes, workflows, and automations within Service Cloud to streamline operations.
• Manage sprint cycles and release processes, ensuring all changes are peer-reviewed and tested.
• Take ownership of defect management and resolve critical issues to align the platform with business needs.
• Provide technical training and guidance to Operational and Tech teams to ensure successful system adoption.
• Monitor platform performance using dedicated tools to ensure optimal efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong ability to define user requirements and break down problems into logical increments.
• Experience with "no-code" application functionality and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from Watford.
