SAP Key User

Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham, United Kingdom; fully onsite. Monday–Friday rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm.

Salary: Up to £35,617 per annum.

What you will do

• Act as the main SAP contact within the warehouse environment.
• Provide daily SAP support and guidance to warehouse colleagues.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Train colleagues, produce and analyze reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous SAP experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confidence supporting and training colleagues at different levels.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced operational environment and rotating shifts.
