What you will do

• Lead all phases of the Workday Payroll module implementation.
• Analyze client needs and configure Workday Payroll settings to ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including design documents and testing protocols.
• Facilitate workshops and maintain daily communication with clients and internal consultants.
• Provide training, support, and maintenance for end users of the final solution.
• Monitor vendor bug fixes and technical enhancements to optimize the tool.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading and deploying Workday implementations with a specific focus on UK payroll.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll Modules (Pay Component, Taxes, Accounting, Reporting, FLSA, etc.), Security, and Reporting.
• Excellent English level.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing Workday Payroll.
• Experience developing payroll policies and conducting system troubleshooting.
