What you will do
- Create, update, and maintain Material Master records in SAP.
- Act as a key user for SAP Material Management, providing first-level support and troubleshooting data and system issues.
- Support data flows and synchronization between Product Lifecycle Management and SAP systems.
- Work with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to establish materials and product data for New Product Introduction.
- Manage the data impact of engineering changes, investigate inconsistencies, and identify root causes.
- Document and improve Material Master, PLM, and SAP processes and data quality.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Material Master Data Management, data control, or as an SAP key user in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Material Management and Material Master record governance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems and PLM-to-ERP data integration.
- Understanding of data governance, manufacturing processes, engineering change management, and New Product Introduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Vocational qualification, associate's degree, or equivalent practical experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
