Senior PS Consultant (ERP)

Location: United Kingdom; office-based in Chesterfield four days per week, with the fifth day available for remote working. Frequent travel to UK client sites, approximately 25% of the role.

What you will do

• Assess client business processes, objectives, and challenges, mapping requirements to Merlin ERP capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including installation, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live support, and optimization.
• Design tailored configurations and integrations between Merlin and CRM, e-commerce, warehouse management, banking, and payment platforms.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support while maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Support pre-sales activities such as scoping calls, solution demonstrations, and statements of work.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to implementation methodology and best-practice improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in ERP or business software implementation and consulting, with end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Experience implementing ERP software for small and medium-sized businesses, preferably with a software vendor, professional services firm, or implementation partner.
• Understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in software configuration, implementation methodologies, and data migration tools; working knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
• Strong customer-facing, consultative, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Full UK driving licence required; ability to work independently, manage concurrent projects, and travel to UK client sites.
