ABAP Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI platform that helps IT teams operate and modernize complex enterprise ERP environments.

What you will do

• Develop software across the stack, including ABAP integrations with the hirify.global platform.
• Design and build AI agents that execute ABAP development and other enterprise IT tasks.
• Work with SAP data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, and enhancement frameworks.
• Contribute to backend, frontend, infrastructure, and product implementation.
• Speak with customers, identify SAP-specific edge cases, and influence product direction.
• Ship reliable software for complex enterprise environments at production scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience.
• Experience as an ABAP developer, technical consultant, solutions architect, or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of SAP system structure, data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, and enhancement frameworks.
• Experience working within or alongside large SAP implementations and migrations.
• Strong pragmatic engineering judgment and care for production-quality code at enterprise scale.
• Ability to work on-site in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI agents, backend and frontend systems, or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with React, Vite, TanStack, Kotlin, Temporal, PortKey, or specialized LLM harnesses.
