Supplier Integration Manager - SPARC Assembly (Supply Chain): Leading sourcing, procurement, and supplier management for SPARC Assembly with an accent on critical technical products, contract negotiation, and cross-functional execution. Focus on developing supplier strategies, coordinating project schedules, improving cost, lead time, and quality, and resolving risks across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid workplace with required supplier visits and possible nights, weekends, or on-call work.

Salary: $90,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic sourcing, tactical procurement, and supplier management for the SPARC Assembly team.
  • Develop purchasing processes for parts, subassemblies, finished goods, equipment, tooling, consumables, and services.
  • Identify and select best-value suppliers, mitigate supply risks, and coordinate sourcing projects across functions.
  • Prepare and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and statements of work with legal support as needed.
  • Coordinate planning and scheduling, report project status and risks, and act as an escalation point.
  • Monitor supplier performance and lead cost, lead-time, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or a supplier-focused environment.
  • Experience supporting critical new product introduction activities for highly technical products.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and ERP best practices, contract negotiation, and project management.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, planners, suppliers, and legal counsel.
  • Ability to work in an industrial facility with heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment or with assembly teams.
  • Experience managing tooling, consumables, services, or indirect sourcing.
