Location: Santa Clara, California, or remote within the United States. Remote employees must travel to the Santa Clara headquarters twice per quarter based on business or team needs. The first two weeks of onboarding must be completed in person at headquarters. The role may involve access to U.S. export-controlled information, and eligibility may require meeting the definition of a U.S. person.
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer MSAs, SOWs, task orders, purchase orders, consulting agreements, construction agreements, and engineering services contracts.
- Support commercial negotiations covering pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, liability, insurance, and risk allocation.
- Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Construction, Program Management, and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain contract records, amendments, renewals, deliverables, supplier documentation, quality records, and closeout materials.
- Improve contracting processes, templates, and workflows while ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, export controls, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate procurement and supplier activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, Quality, and Finance to support project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, commercial management, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements and purchase orders.
- Experience supporting sourcing and procurement across multiple spend categories.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must be eligible to work with applicable U.S. export-controlled information as a U.S. person.
Nice to have
- Experience with engineering services, manufacturing, construction, EPC, industrial, nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other regulated projects.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, safety-related procurement, or NQA-1 environments.
- Experience with Coupa, Ironclad, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar procurement, contract lifecycle management, or ERP systems.
- Experience with supplier management, supplier performance initiatives, commercial risk assessment, or contract negotiation strategies.
- Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations or large-scale project execution.
