Location: 300 Randall Rd., Geneva, Illinois, United States; full-time day shift

Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care through the nursing process.
• Direct care delivery and determine the appropriate use of assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document care plans, communications, interventions, and patient responses in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Successful candidates must complete the required background-check authorization and disclosure process.

Nice to have

• At least two years of Mother Baby Nursing experience.
