Compliance & Quality Reporting Advisor (GIS)

Location: Hybrid in Pomona, California; employees are required to work and reside in California unless otherwise noted. The role includes reporting to an SCE facility on set days, remote work on remaining days, and up to 5% travel across the SCE service territory. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $129,200–$193,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead technology solutions for quality-control field operations and reporting across construction and maintenance work.
• Track and analyze performance, recommend quality improvements, and drive quality assurance plans.
• Design, develop, and execute data-related work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop training curriculum and educate employees on process and performance improvement methods.
• Evaluate data-gathering, record-maintenance, and documentation practices to identify compliance risks and mitigation options.
• Analyze business processes and assess alternative solutions to replace outdated workflows.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in advanced data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geospatial science, or computer science for GIS is preferred.
• Three years of advanced SQL experience, including writing, troubleshooting, and dataset analysis, is preferred.
• Experience developing GIS-based solutions with ArcGIS, including web maps, dashboards, feature layers, forms, and applications, is preferred.
• Experience with ArcGIS Survey123, application troubleshooting, integrations, data synchronization, and user-reported defects is preferred.
• Experience with Power Automate, SQL, SAS, Power BI, or similar technologies is preferred.
