TL;DR
Lead Analyst, Training (Power BI): Leading analytics professionals and developing strategic reporting, dashboards, data models, and productivity improvements across Safety, Training, and Fleet organizations with an accent on Power BI, LMS platforms, data quality, and business performance analysis. Focus on designing scalable reporting solutions, forecasting resource needs, leading change adoption, and delivering executive-level insights for long-term planning.

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Must be able to work up to five days in the office when required and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Salary: $128,440–$142,710 annually, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

  • Lead, supervise, train, and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
  • Direct the development and maintenance of strategic reports, dashboards, data models, and performance metrics.
  • Use Power BI, LMS, Maximo, Excel, relational databases, and enterprise platforms to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Partner with business areas to improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and increase productivity.
  • Analyze trends, forecast resource needs, and prepare reporting and presentations for operational, regulatory, budget, and long-term planning.
  • Lead change management, technology adoption, documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Eight to ten years of related experience in data handling, business process analysis, or performance analysis.
  • Expert-level Power BI skills, including data modeling, dashboard development, and the ability to train others.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, and reporting/database development.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, presentation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
