What you will do

• Define enterprise-wide reporting strategies and evaluate BI tool utilization for scalability.
• Design and develop high-impact Power BI solutions using advanced data modeling and DAX measures.
• Architect native platform reporting for ITSM lifecycles including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide KPI library to ensure consistent reporting logic across the organization.
• Partner with process owners to remediate data quality gaps and ensure operational accuracy.
• Structure executive steering committee reporting to provide clear, narrative-driven insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or performance management.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience including DAX and semantic modeling.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise service management platforms like ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of the full Service Management lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL and data integration from multiple sources.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as this role is based in Oakland.

• Industry-recognized certifications in Performance Analytics or ITIL Foundation.
• Proven experience supporting C-Suite or Governance-level reporting.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex data patterns to non-technical stakeholders.
