Analytics / Data Engineer

Location: NYC Office, on-site. Paid relocation support is available for moving to NYC.

Compensation: $220,000–$280,000 per year, plus equity, bonus opportunities, and up to 40% annual performance bonuses paid quarterly.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the centralized data warehouse and analytics infrastructure.
• Develop scalable data models for reporting, dashboards, operational workflows, and customer-facing data exports.
• Document data ownership, lineage, dependencies, and governance to make data discoverable and trustworthy.
• Consolidate data models across products and teams to establish a single source of truth.
• Define data engineering standards for modeling, testing, documentation, monitoring, and governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer teams to define metrics and enable self-service analytics.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience building and operating modern data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience modeling large datasets.
• Deep experience with distributed data processing, performant ETL pipelines, and large-scale data workloads.
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration, ETL/ELT workflows, and data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modern analytics tools such as Snowflake and dbt.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
