Location: Onsite at Radisson Hotel Jeddah Tahlia Street, Tahlia St, Al Andalus, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain GRMS and BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, alarms, and field devices.
• Diagnose HVAC electrical and control faults involving FCUs, AHUs, thermostats, valves, actuators, fans, motors, and control circuits.
• Test 24V control circuits, relays, contactors, sensors, and actuators using electrical testing instruments.
• Respond to guest room issues involving air conditioning, temperature control, lighting, occupancy sensors, and GRMS functions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain fault and repair records, and manage spare-parts documentation.
• Coordinate with BMS and GRMS vendors during testing, commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, HVAC, or building automation.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotels or commercial buildings.
• Practical knowledge of GRMS and BMS systems and HVAC electrical and control systems.
• Experience using a multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, and other electrical testing tools.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, control wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, sensors, actuators, relays, and communication networks, with strong troubleshooting skills.
