Maintenance Superintendent (Support Service)

What you will do

• Lead department functions, set priorities, coordinate employees, and deliver project tasks within established timelines and policies.
• Prepare, optimize, and track preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain operational availability.
• Manage daily activities across welding and fabrication, scaffolding and insulation, and heavy lift and rigging facilities.
• Coordinate equipment, machinery, resources, repairs, spare parts, internal departments, external workshops, and OEM dealers.
• Review work plans, job priorities, workflows, weekly schedules, maintenance reports, timesheets, and KPIs.
• Maintain workshop facilities and equipment in line with HSE standards, conduct safety audits, arrange training, and respond to emergencies and incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a maintenance engineer in a refinery environment or equivalent.
• 12+ years of refinery plant experience.
• Strong knowledge of refinery equipment, maintenance contracts, and safety rules.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving ability in large, multicultural organizations.
• Strong organization, communication, judgment under pressure, and proactive decision-making skills.
