Maintenance Foremen - Electrical (Solar Energy)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, allocating tasks and resources.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and equipment malfunctions to reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain electrical maintenance schedules and implement system improvements or machinery modifications.
• Enforce maintenance standards, factory safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and other safety requirements.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices while collaborating with production, quality, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in industrial or factory maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and plant maintenance, control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Relevant engineering diploma preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
