What you will do
- Execute day-to-day electrical maintenance on plant systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HV and LV switchgear, control gear, protection relays, breakers, busbars, contactors, motor starters, and ATS equipment.
- Repair and troubleshoot electrical assets to improve system availability and reliability.
- Test transformers, measure partial discharge in HV motors, and perform online motor current-signature analysis.
- Support electrical substation switchgear operations and maintain work records, progress reports, and completion reports.
- Apply SATORP safety, quality, environmental, and maintenance procedures throughout all activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a high-school qualification, or at least 2 years with a diploma.
- Valid certification from a recognized third-party certification body or accredited Saudi institute confirming competence to perform the work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment design, installation, repair, and maintenance, including mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles, Oil & Gas facility maintenance management, and health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Good oral and written English is required.
