Electrical Technician I (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily instrument maintenance activities for plant systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Translate maintenance orders and requests into actionable work plans and monitor execution progress.
• Conduct site visits, supervise technicians, and verify the quality and safety of routine maintenance work.
• Prepare progress updates, daily maintenance records, and work completion reports.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase the availability and reliability of instrument systems.
• Support engineering modifications and ensure personnel have the training, tools, equipment, and resources required for safe maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a high school qualification, or 4 years with a diploma.
• Valid certification from a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute.
• Strong knowledge of instrument systems, equipment design, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, and strategic management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; flexibility to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
