Electrical Technician II (Oil & Gas)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia; onsite maintenance work with flexibility to live in KSA

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily instrument maintenance activities across plant systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Act as the focal point for maintenance execution plans, work directions, progress tracking, and completion reports.
• Conduct site visits and monitor technicians performing routine maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance work follows SATORP safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase the availability and reliability of instrument systems.
• Support engineering modifications and ensure personnel have the required skills, training, resources, equipment, and tools.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a high school qualification, or at least 4 years with a diploma.
• Valid certification from a recognized third-party certification body or accredited Saudi institute confirming technical competence.
• Strong knowledge of instrument systems, equipment design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance principles.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, and strategic management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and the ability to live in KSA are required.
