Invoicing Senior Specialist (Energy)

Location: Pomona, California, US; hybrid work mode with required reporting to an SCE facility and residence in California

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year

What you will do

• Review complex service-order requests and provide accurate information to stakeholders and affected customers.
• Extract, transform, load, reconcile, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze operational data, investigate complex issues, and develop recommendations for the organization.
• Improve and execute processes supporting construction, maintenance, and inspection activities.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor planned and unplanned operations.
• Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and safety of energy transmission and distribution systems while identifying and resolving risks.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in energy delivery and distribution.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis, resolve complex issues, interpret data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement and reside in California unless otherwise noted.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Arbora, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing complex reports, dashboards, presentations, and custom reports from business applications and databases.
• Experience using FATS, EMST, and Click Mobile.
