Senior Portfolio Asset Manager (Renewable Energy)

Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States; office-based role with approximately 10% travel to offices and project sites.

Salary: $105,000–$131,325 per year, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of complex renewable energy assets and act as the owner’s representative for hirify.global interests.
• Manage project financials, P&L performance, cost-benefit analyses, and budget or forecast variance explanations.
• Coordinate operational oversight and support the resolution or mitigation of major plant outages.
• Manage compliance and commercial obligations under power purchase, hedge, interconnection, financing, site control, and LLC agreements.
• Prepare recurring performance reports, maintain project compliance data, and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce expenses and risk, and support smooth transitions into commercial operation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant energy industry experience.
• Experience coordinating work and coaching or mentoring colleagues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of project finance, legal contracts, and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage relationships with senior management, peers, contractors, and external parties.
• BA/BS degree preferred in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field; an MBA or similar master’s degree is also preferred.
