Salary: $88,000–$111,000 USD annually base salary, with potential additional bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Reconcile ASC 718 stock compensation expense, corporate and deferred tax, disclosures, and ASC 260 diluted EPS between legacy systems and the NextGen platform.
• Reconcile participant- and grant-level equity data, including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, and outstanding balances.
• Build comparison reports, analyze deltas, identify root causes, and recommend resolutions.
• Validate migrated data, mapping logic, transaction history, ESPP records, tax information, and account data.
• Document reconciliation processes, exceptions, and resolution steps while tracking open items through closure.
• Lead customer conversations, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, meet SLAs, and mentor junior contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of financial accounting experience focused on equity compensation management and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of ASC 718, ASC 260 diluted EPS, corporate tax, disclosures, and year-end equity tax reporting, including W-2 inserts and Forms 3921 and 3922.
• Experience with administrative equity reconciliation, data migration, mapping, and validation across financial and equity administration systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience querying databases with SQL, analyzing large data sets, generating reports, and using automation.
• Strong critical thinking, ownership, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently across multiple teams.
