Senior Director, Strategic Finance Tech Partner

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week, including Thursdays

Salary: $218,592–$286,902 per year, plus benefits, equity, and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead business-unit and consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for leadership and investor relations.
• Develop cost allocation frameworks aligned with the operating model.
• Execute financial strategy by identifying, validating, and tracking performance-improvement initiatives.
• Lead multi-year strategy planning, investment cases, and evaluations of strategic growth opportunities.
• Improve FP&A systems, processes, reporting capabilities, and data integrity while coaching a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of public-company or large-company FP&A experience; healthcare, insurance, or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of expert financial modeling experience translating data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans.
• 5+ years leading budgeting and planning processes, enhancing core FP&A tools, and building high-functioning finance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive-presence skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience with SQL or BigQuery, NetSuite, and Adaptive is preferred.
