Senior Manager of FP&A (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site

Salary: $196,000–$240,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models across business units and geographies.
• Build and lead the FP&A function, including its team, operating cadence, infrastructure, and standards.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial scenarios, capital allocation, and growth investments.
• Lead board and investor reporting, translating operational data into clear financial narratives.
• Drive P&L bridge and variance analysis across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
• Lead IPO-readiness initiatives and build FP&A systems, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and NetSuite integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including senior leadership experience.
• Experience building and leading FP&A functions in high-growth technology, infrastructure, or pre-IPO companies.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across complex, multi-entity environments.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and board-level stakeholders and leading high-performing finance teams.
• NetSuite proficiency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.

• Experience with data centers, infrastructure, AI/ML, or capital-intensive technology companies.
• IPO readiness, S-1 preparation, or public-company financial reporting experience.
• Experience with multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional finance environments.
• Experience scaling FP&A systems with engineering or data teams.
• Big Four or investment banking experience.
