Sr. Manager, FP&A

Location: New York, NY; hybrid model requiring 3 days a week in the office

Salary: $149,000–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Strategic Finance and hirify.global NA CEO to advise department heads and support operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic decisions.
• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including accruals, reclassifications, performance narratives, and executive KPI dashboards.
• Lead the annual operating plan, rolling quarterly forecasts, scenario analysis, and identification of financial risks and opportunities.
• Manage overheads reporting and planning for hirify.global NA.
• Partner with Group FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Systems teams to implement Anaplan as a management reporting system.
• Lead cross-functional growth, operational effectiveness, M&A, AI, and automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance within business units.
• Direct experience building enterprise management reporting systems, specifically Anaplan, with external consultants as a power user or PMO lead.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including driver-based and dynamic models built from scratch.
• Ability to use SQL, Looker, BigQuery, and other databases to gather and analyze data.
• Experience leading month-end analysis, in-year reforecasting, operating plans, and multi-year strategic plans, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
