Salary: $128,000 – $197,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial partner to the Auth0 Engineering organization.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy for controllable spend and key metrics.
• Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and deliver relevant financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the controllership organization on accruals and the close process.
• Lead process and systems improvement projects to scale financial operations.
• Support senior management with ad hoc projects and long-range strategic planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems (Anaplan and Workday experience is a significant plus).
• Experience implementing AI tools into professional workflows.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Gsheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to meet the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• MBA, Big 4 accounting, or investment banking experience.
• Prior experience in high-growth high-tech, software, or SaaS organizations.
