Finance Manager, Products & Technology (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid schedule with in-office work required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Annual base salary: $128,000–$176,000 USD for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additional compensation may include equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with senior leadership and the Auth0 Engineering organization.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, controllable-spend analysis, and budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Analyze operational drivers and metrics while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with controllership on accruals and other close-process activities.
• Lead technology software reporting, system enhancements, process improvements, and scaling projects.
• Support long-range planning, ad hoc analysis, and senior-management business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems, with Anaplan required and Workday experience highly valued.
• Experience using AI tools and implementing them into workflows.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, prioritization, and precision in deadline-driven environments.

Nice to have

• MBA, Big Four accounting, or investment banking experience.
• Experience in a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS organization.
