Compliance Program Manager - Sales and Marketing

What you will do

• Coordinate compliance programs, policies, procedures, guidance, and communications across U.S. PLT and Truck Tire organizations.
• Develop and maintain local compliance procedures, work instructions, process maps, control matrices, and training materials.
• Support compliance risk assessments, identify emerging risks, analyze audit and testing results, and drive process improvements.
• Develop compliance awareness initiatives, onboarding content, presentations, and workshops on business ethics and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate internal reviews, audits, assessments, control testing, evidence collection, corrective actions, and remediation tracking.
• Advise Sales and Marketing on compliance risks related to customer programs, promotions, sponsorships, events, gifts, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance, Quality Systems, Process Management, or a related area.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or process control activities.
• Working knowledge of corporate compliance programs, business ethics, internal controls, audit principles, process documentation, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa support is limited to internal individuals who already hold a valid employment visa.

Nice to have

• 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Manufacturing experience.
