Salary: $80,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Perform compliance tracking, monitoring, and quality assurance using measurement metrics.
• Conduct internal investigations including root cause analysis, evidence collection, and report writing.
• Execute screenings and due diligence checks for third parties, including agents, vendors, and clients.
• Identify and escalate ethics and compliance considerations within business contracts.
• Support internal reporting for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
• Maintain departmental documentation and promote a culture of ethical communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate Ethics and Compliance or a related legal/regulatory field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal investigations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or graduate degree.
• Experience with third-party research tools.
• Background in Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, or Risk Management.
