EEE Senior Procurement Agent (Contract)

Salary: $126,000–$159,000 USD annually for roles hired in California

What you will do

• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for direct materials across multiple programs.
• Manage procurement for EEE components, printed circuit boards, and PCBAs from prototype through production.
• Execute and delegate purchase orders using Bills of Materials, including turnkey and discrete component sourcing.
• Identify supplier risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and lead supplier scorecard and open-order meetings.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, conduct supplier audits, and support cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Support new product introduction by aligning sourcing decisions with program timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement experience in aerospace, defense, or a related manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of PCB and PCBA sourcing, including turnkey solutions and component-level purchasing.
• Experience with supplier development and management, procurement processes, agreements, SOWs, and MSAs.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards and experience supporting CPSR compliance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing electromechanical, PCBA, and build-to-print assemblies through contract manufacturers.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Data analytics experience with BAQs, SQL, DMT, and query or script creation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Deltek.
• Experience with supply chain trade compliance.
