What you will do

• Define and govern global procurement processes, policies, and internal controls.
• Execute the procurement AI strategy, identifying and scaling use cases like spend classification and sourcing optimization.
• Build and manage enterprise spend analytics, savings methodologies, and KPI frameworks.
• Design Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) models and embed ESG and risk resilience into operations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and drive change management across the global organization.
• Build and develop a high-performing Procurement CoE team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Proven track record leading procurement governance, digital transformation, or CoE initiatives.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving enterprise-scale change with measurable outcomes.

• Experience in the technology sector or complex global procurement environments.
• Deep knowledge of procurement platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience with supplier risk programs, ESG, and sustainability frameworks.
