What you will do

• Define, govern, and continuously improve global procurement processes, policies, internal controls, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Develop and execute the procurement AI strategy, including piloting and scaling use cases for spend classification, sourcing optimization, supplier risk sensing, and market intelligence.
• Establish enterprise spend analytics, savings methodologies, KPI frameworks, and benefit-tracking practices for executive reporting.
• Design supplier relationship management, segmentation, performance, risk, resilience, ESG, and responsible sourcing frameworks.
• Lead procurement transformation, continuous improvement, change management, playbooks, training, and capability-building programs.
• Build and develop a high-performing Procurement Center of Excellence team while influencing executive stakeholders across a global matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Experience leading procurement governance, digital transformation, or Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale change leadership skills.
• Experience in technology or complex global procurement environments, with knowledge of procurement platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled procurement tools.
• Experience with supplier risk programs, ESG, sustainability frameworks, and global matrixed organizations is preferred.
