VP, Business Lead

Location: Hybrid position based out of Los Angeles, California, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$240,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day business operations and manage client portfolios with $10–15MM in revenue and profitability expectations.
• Build senior client relationships, align shared objectives, and navigate complex business situations.
• Implement strategies to grow client brands and businesses across creative, strategy, media, analytics, production, and project management.
• Drive incremental revenue growth, develop budgets and targets, and grow existing and new client accounts.
• Monitor financial health, operational efficiency, scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead strategic projects, new business pitches, presentations, and cross-functional team development.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio generating $10–15MM in revenue and profitability.
• Experience growing client businesses and managing integrated social, digital, traditional, and media campaigns.
• Strong experience leading new business pitches, meetings, and presentations.
• Experience running paid campaigns across media platforms, with a strong focus on social media.
• Knowledge of agency measurement tools such as Nielsen, Comscore, MMM, brand lift studies, and match market.
• Strong production knowledge, team leadership, coaching, presentation, and spreadsheet skills.
