Lead Influence Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Limassol or Yerevan; fully remote, hybrid, and office work options are available. Office hubs include Almaty, Limassol, Belgrade, and Dubai.

What you will do

• Lead influencer marketing for a mobile gamedev project in Tier 1 countries.
• Build and develop a strong influencer marketing team.
• Manage relationships with micro- and macro-influencers, agencies, and producers.
• Develop creative integrations and launch user-generated content programs.
• Track campaign performance using CPM, ER, CPA, and other metrics.
• Manage budgets and return on investment across campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience leading influencer marketing for a mobile or gamedev project.
• Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram trends, including Reels and Shorts.
• Strong campaign analytics, budgeting, and ROI management skills.
• Experience with game marketing and gamer psychology.
• Advanced English required for verbal and written negotiations with agencies and influencers and for working with documentation.
• Experience with production from concept through post-production, media buying or PR, and a strong digital marketing and gamedev network.

Hiring process
