What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to define campaign strategies and objectives.
• Identify emerging market trends and influencers to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from contracting to content verification.
• Coordinate with third-party partners, designers, and production studios.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and reports.
• Participate in filming sessions and influencer events to support content creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer or social media marketing.
• Deep understanding of the local influencer market and trends.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data.
• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
