Influencer Manager (Influencer Marketing): Developing and executing influencer campaigns for clients with an accent on campaign strategy, stakeholder management, and content quality. Focus on negotiating with influencers and media partners, monitoring KPI performance, managing campaign risks, and producing actionable insights from campaign data.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do
- Manage client communication, lead meetings, and build long-term client relationships.
- Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with briefs, objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
- Monitor the local influencer market, trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Manage influencers and third-party partners, including negotiations, contracting, and briefings.
- Oversee campaign execution, content compliance, quality standards, publication timelines, events, and filming sessions.
- Analyze campaign performance, report results, identify insights, and support crisis management and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the local influencer market, trends, and key platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and media planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and client satisfaction.
