What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to define campaign strategies and objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends and influencers to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from contracting to content verification.
- Coordinate with third-party partners, designers, and production studios.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Participate in filming sessions and influencer events to support content creation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer or social media marketing.
- Deep understanding of the local influencer market and trends.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data.
- Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
