Influencer Manager (Influencer Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage client communication, lead meetings, and build strong client relationships.
• Develop influencer campaign strategies and media plans aligned with briefs, objectives, and budgets.
• Monitor the local influencer market, trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Manage influencers and third-party partners, including negotiations, contracts, and campaign briefings.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, content compliance, publication schedules, events, filming sessions, and UGC creation.
• Track KPIs, report campaign results, develop actionable insights, and respond proactively to influencer-related crises.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the local influencer market, trends, and key platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience creating strategic media plans and maintaining high quality standards.
