What you will do
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the marketing team.
- Supervise marketing staff, including recruitment, evaluations, onboarding, coaching, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Help create team KPIs, monitor results, and report on performance metrics.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to stimulate product sales.
- Review marketing processes and documentation and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and audience surveys, while providing feedback on resolved and ongoing issues.
Requirements
- Cyprus or EU residency required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the gaming industry required.
- Knowledge of gaming industry development features and trends required.
- Knowledge of KPIs and strong communication skills.
- Open and friendly personality.
