Lead Community Manager (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Develop and implement international content strategies for Rush Royale across social media, community channels, web, and in-app communications.
• Manage content and SMM managers, as well as external content creator specialists.
• Plan and produce text, graphic, and video content, including writing, translation, formatting, editing, scripting, and storyboarding.
• Analyze statistics, player feedback, competitors, content effectiveness, reach, and engagement, and prepare regular reports.
• Track social media tools, community trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, external partners, and content creators.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in community management and/or SMM.
• Experience directly managing a team of 3 or more people.
• Strong creative and editorial writing skills.
• Experience creating or producing video content, including scripting and storyboarding.
• Knowledge of user motivation and engagement systems.
• Fluency with Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X, TikTok, and news websites, plus experience with project management, process building, prioritization, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, especially mobile strategy or collectible card games.
• Deep familiarity with Western culture, particularly the US, Germany, France, and the UK.
• Experience working with content creators, streamers, video makers, or brand ambassadors.
• Experience developing game lore and interconnected storylines.
