AI Agent Engineer (Insurance)

Location: Boston or San Francisco (Berkeley), hybrid role with 2 days per week in-office

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 base salary per year, excluding benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Provide technical expertise through product demonstrations, presentations, and detailed customer consultations.
• Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration opportunities for AI solutions.
• Develop customized configurations and prototypes that demonstrate product value and functionality.
• Support implementation through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and integration assistance.
• Communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams while maintaining integration documentation and providing post-sales support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting, preferably in AI or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages, plus APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
• Strong experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements, solve problems proactively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
