What you will do

• Conduct onsite discovery with customer stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for AI automation.
• Build customized AI agents and workflows with the Lemma platform, including logic and integrations.
• Help customers connect APIs, data sources, and models to the platform.
• Lead user training and evaluate the operational impact of deployed AI solutions.
• Present deployment results and roadmap proposals to technical leaders and C-suite executives.
• Feed customer insights into Software Engineering and Product Design while developing demos and scoping new engagements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical approach, user empathy, and intuition for value-oriented agentic workflows.
• Ability to work through open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Technical aptitude with APIs, data structures, and model capabilities.
• Willingness to learn and use the hirify.global platform in depth.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, or U.S. lawful permanent residency required.
• Availability for full-time, in-person work at the New York City office required.
