Agent Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site; frequent in-person work at the SF headquarters and customer sites

Salary: $120K–$200K annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Translate customer challenges and workflows into functional, production-ready AI agents.
• Integrate APIs, data sources, LLMs, and AI SDKs into web applications.
• Prototype quickly, deploy initial solutions, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Lead discovery, technical implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement.
• Collaborate with customer engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure performance, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
• Train customer teams, drive adoption, identify automation opportunities, and represent hirify.global at customer sites.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in full-stack, AI, or solutions engineering, owning builds from concept to production.
• Experience building and integrating AI or automation features into real-world applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI SDKs, REST/JSON, Python or JavaScript, Git, and NPM/PNPM.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and comfort explaining complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work in person frequently at the SF headquarters and customer sites.

• Experience experimenting with or deploying LLM-powered tools or agents.
• Prior startup or founder experience.
• Curiosity about AI agent design, orchestration, and automation systems.
• Direct customer experience identifying pain points and turning them into shipped solutions.
• Personal or side projects demonstrating creativity, technical depth, and persistence.
