Agent Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Support customer engagements from discovery and demos through deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Build, maintain, prototype, and deploy sophisticated AI agents.
• Own the full agent development life cycle, including CI/CD, monitoring, debugging, documentation, and production improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and participate in customer calls.
• Capture unmet customer needs, prototype new features, contribute to the codebase, and collaborate with product and platform teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience.
• Understanding of React, Python, tool calls, and APIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for customer-facing work.
• Ability to context-switch quickly, maintain high attention to detail, and deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to receive feedback and adapt quickly.

• Background in computer science, analytics, or consulting.
