Social Media Community Manager (AI Music)

Location: In-person at the NYC or Los Angeles office; applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $82,000–$107,000 per year, before equity.

Suno is an AI music and consumer entertainment company building a creative platform for making and sharing music.

What you will do

• Own daily community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and emerging platforms.
• Build relationships with creators and superfans by celebrating their work and surfacing their songs.
• Identify memes, cultural moments, and trends, and develop fast, high-quality, on-brand responses.
• Moderate community spaces, manage sensitive conversations, and escalate bugs, issues, and risks.
• Lead social listening, track sentiment and recurring themes, and turn community signals into content, product, PR, and creator-outreach actions.
• Partner with Social, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Support, and Trust & Safety on launches, campaigns, community programs, and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of community management or social media experience, ideally in consumer technology, music, entertainment, creator platforms, or culture-focused agencies.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt a brand voice while sounding authentic.
• Fluency in TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit platform culture.
• Experience moderating online communities and handling feedback, criticism, and challenging interactions.
• Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work quickly in real-time environments.
• US work eligibility and availability to work in person at the NYC or Los Angeles office.

Nice to have

• Personal experience as a creator, musician, or active participant in online communities.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Khoros, Discord administration tools, and native platform analytics.
