Business Analytics Consultant Senior (Fintech)

What you will do

• Apply complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions across multiple functions and business units.
• Advise clients on analytics tools and strategy implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, and data quality.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and support the development, implementation, and enhancement of solutions.
• Develop and continuously optimize analytical products and solutions for business leadership.
• Analyze results, make recommendations, and communicate conclusions from complex analyses to business partners and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience working with Jira and Teradata.
• Knowledge of business analytics, business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
