Business Insights Specialist (Tester)

Salary: $91,000–$136,240 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze curated and aggregated DataMarts to generate insights on complex business issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into analytics and reporting needs and coordinate delivery with analytics teams.
• Present insights, recommendations, visualizations, and supporting materials to stakeholders and business leaders.
• Investigate data and analytics issues, explain anomalies and outliers, and recommend resolutions.
• Build analyses and proof-of-concept support while providing day-to-day analytics delivery.
• Lead or facilitate remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, or progressive project experience combined with an advanced degree or research tenure.
• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree preferred in mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data and producing clear analytical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex, cross-functional projects and provide specialized business expertise.
• Must work remotely from Jersey City, New Jersey, United States.
