Lead Business Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hyderabad or Pune, India

What you will do

• Analyze IT systems, databases, infrastructure, and complex architectures integrating multiple internal and third-party systems.
• Develop and validate solutions throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and solution demonstrations with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Document user stories, use cases, business processes, data models, business rules, and interface designs.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support change management.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Understanding of IT systems, databases, infrastructure, and integrated system architectures.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0, UML modeling diagrams, domain modeling, logical data modeling, and business rules modeling.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Access.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence or comparable requirements management tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit funds management.
• Experience with annuity and pension products.
• Knowledge of unit trusts, managed funds, platform accounts, or wrap account products.
